Lynne moved to New Zealand from Australia 14 years ago and has been involved in tourism for the past eight years. Lynne has been a travel consultant with Pacific Travel and worked with Christchurch & Canterbury Tourism in the i-SITE as a frontline consultant and supervisor.

Steve is one of our longest serving Tram employees, having started with the company in 1996. Steve is extremely passionate about Trams and is a fountain of knowledge on the history of Christchurch Tramway. Tram Drivers & Conductors
We currently have five full time Tram Drivers and twelve part time/casual Drivers and Conductors. Drivers are required to undergo extensive training and testing, and must learn the detailed commentary before being allowed to operate a Tram.
Tram Hosts
Tram Hosts assist Drivers and Conductors with selling Tram tickets, while also providing general information about the Tramway Experience and various Tram packages (including the Restaurant Tram) to visitors and local residents.
Tram Station Shop
Our friendly team at the Tram Station assist customers with all queries regarding the Tramway. They also sell tickets and a wide range of quality gifts and souvenirs to suit all budgets.
Restaurant Tram
The Tramway Restaurant team include several talented Chefs and wait staff. We pride ourselves on providing the best in quality service and cuisine. |
